For a little while now I have felt that I’ve been forcing this blog to develop too quickly, and to a point where I’m forcing it. By this I mean, I’ve recently introduced blog featuring/advertising and its great in its own way because I love helping other bloggers out, and to begin with I have offered it as a free service and found myself overwhelmed by everyone wanting a space on my blog. I mean it wasn’t surprising because its free and who passes up on something for free right? Well then I decided to take a leap of faith and create a new package that charges £3 for the entire month, again I’ve had takers and it’s all fabulous. The main reason behind doing this is so I can be that person who does great giveaways and can afford to attend blog events.
Ultimately this blog is for me to share my love of books, and encourage others to read too. As an aspiring publicist this is like a portfolio for me to record all of reviews and interactions with readers, publishers and authors alike. I want this blog to look good as well as have content that people want to read and interact with. Being part of the wider community of blogging is important to me, as it sparks inspiration and I get to become friends with some truly incredible people. I miss giving more time to these bloggers because at the end of the day they’re my friends and support me an awful lot.
